Tara Murphy

Tara Murphy is a Senior Heritage Consultant at Purcell, where they provide a variety of heritage-related services, including impact assessments and conservation area appraisals. Previously, Tara worked as a Built Heritage Consultant at Arup and served as a Conservation Officer for the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, where they handled planning applications and produced conservation area management plans. Tara also held the position of Architectural Advisory Assistant at the Hampstead Garden Suburb Trust, advising on property alterations. Tara completed a PGDip in Historic Conservation at Oxford Brookes University and holds a Master’s degree in Literature of the Romantic Period from the University of York, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from University College Cork, where they studied English and Archaeology.
