Will Holborow

Will Holborow is a Senior Heritage Consultant at Purcell, where they focus on the assessment and analysis of heritage assets, advising clients in both the public and private sectors. After earning an MA in Conservation from the University of York with distinction, they worked at English Heritage and Historic England for nearly two decades, leading the Government Historic Estates Unit and serving as National Engagement Manager. With a particular interest in public and civic buildings, Will has contributed numerous reports and guidance notes to the field of heritage conservation. In their spare time, they enjoy exploring landscapes both locally in Oxfordshire and abroad.
