Nathan Broadhead

Nathan Broadhead has extensive experience in the hospitality and food service industry, currently serving as the Head of Implementations & Key Accounts at PurchasePlus since November 2018, following various roles including Account Director and Key Account Manager. Previously, Nathan held significant positions at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) from 2009 to 2018, including Regional Procurement Manager and Purchasing Manager, with responsibilities spanning food and beverage operations, menu planning, and staff management. Early career roles included Head Chef at Coogee Diggers and Bondi Icebergs Club, and Group Executive Chef at Maloney Hotel Corp, where Nathan managed multiple venues and developed key operational strategies. Nathan's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in International Hospitality Management from Southern Cross University and several advanced qualifications in hospitality and commercial cookery.
