Helen McNulty

Helen McNulty currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Purdicom, a role held since December 2014, and has contributed to the company achieving recognition in the Times Best Companies to work for. As a board member since 2022, Helen has a strong background in HR management, previously holding HR Manager positions at Tessella and RTKL, where responsibilities included coordinating HR operations across regions and managing HR teams. Prior HR roles include HR Officer at the University of Oxford and HR Manager at Barton Willmore, along with gaining foundational experience as an HR Adviser at Sophos and an HR Assistant at YWCA. Helen is pursuing an MSc in Management and HR from the University of Lincoln, set to complete in October 2024.
