Will Hamstra

Will Hamstra is a mechanical engineering student at Purdue University, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree and serving as an ambassador for the Global Engineering Alliance for Research and Education (GEARE) program. Previously, Will earned an honors diploma in Spanish Language and Literature from Indiana University and completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma at North Central High School. In addition to their academic pursuits, Will has experience as a lifeguard at the Jewish Community Center of Indianapolis and as a project engineering intern at ERMCO, Inc., where they contributed to materials procurement and system redesign for electrical projects. An innovative problem solver and Eagle Scout, Will is proficient in Spanish and is committed to engaging in global engineering projects.
