Our journey began almost about 30 years ago with a master’s degree dissertation regarding the low calorie’s salad dressing to provide a comprehensive dressing solution that caters to the diverse tastes and preference of customer for healthier choices. The low-calorie dressing was researched and developed by Mrs. Mali Niyhatiwatchanchai when she was studying in the Agro Industry, Product development Master’s degree at Kasetsart University, Thailand. After her success in the dissertation, her husband, Mr. Vitoon Niyhatiwatchanchai started the business by using the recipe in the dissertation to produce low fat salad dressing and other sauces. 

Nowadays, various sauces, salad dressings and cooking condiments are launched all over the Thailand’s market under 8 brands including supermarkets, convenient stores, online channels and also the traditional trade.
