Derek Smith

Derek Smith is a results-driven channel and sales leader with over 25 years of experience in partner-led growth, ecosystem development, and revenue acceleration. They began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Sprint and held various significant roles at companies such as Dell and VMware, where they honed their expertise in sales and marketing strategies. Currently, Derek serves as the Channel Sales Director for the Southeast at Pure Storage, leading a team of channel account managers. They earned a B.B.A. in Marketing from Texas State University.
