Eoin O'Donnell is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and engineering within the data storage industry. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Pure Storage since December 2017, Eoin previously held the position of IT Specialist - SAN Engineer at IBM from October 2014 to November 2017, where responsibilities included managing and maintaining storage systems, analyzing performance and capacity data, and coordinating system upgrades with customers. Earlier roles included serving as a Technical Assistant at Lincor Solutions, where Eoin tested software and created a comprehensive product database, and as a Technical Support Engineer at EMC, gaining insights into flagship storage technologies. Eoin holds a Master’s Degree in e-Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both from University College Cork.
