Hung Vo

Hung Vo serves as the Director of Software Engineering at Pure Storage, beginning in August 2023, focusing on AIOps, Data Science, machine learning, generative AI, and chatbot technology. Since July 2011, Hung has been a board member of the Vietnamese American Community Center of the East Bay, supporting underrepresented immigrant communities. Previously, Hung co-founded Ecomedes, serving as both Head of Products and Technologies and as an advisor until March 2024, where efforts were centered on building a comprehensive product database for the built environment. Additional experience includes roles as an advisor at Colibri Group, co-founder and CTO at OpsPanda, founder of Budgeting Plus, and significant leadership positions at Oracle Corporation and Hyperion Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed product strategy and software development in business intelligence and enterprise performance management. Hung Vo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
