Jonathon L. is currently the Director of the Pure Storage CX Product Security Incident Response Team, where they lead efforts in managing global escalation and security incident responses. With over 20 years of experience, Jonathon has worked with Fortune 500 clients and has held various leadership roles, including influential positions at Cisco and 3Com. They have been instrumental in developing and improving corporate quality initiatives, notably advancing Cisco's Customer Assurance Program over an 18-year tenure. Jonathon holds a Bachelor's degree in Design Management from the University of Central Lancashire and a Post Graduate Diploma in Data Communications from the University of Leicester.
