Nirav Sheth

Nirav Sheth is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in sales and systems engineering leadership. Currently serving as the VP and Leader of Worldwide Systems Engineering at Pure Storage, Nirav oversees a global organization of approximately 700 systems engineers, managing a significant budget across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Prior to this role, Nirav held key positions at Okta, where responsibilities included leading a team of around 250 systems engineers across North America, and at Google, where Nirav directed the multi-billion dollar ISV business for Google Cloud. Nirav's prior experience also includes leadership roles at Cisco, where initiatives driven resulted in substantial revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Academic credentials include a Master's in International Affairs from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, an MBA from Purdue University, and a Bachelor's in Biology from The University of Alabama.
