Qaiser Malik, MBA, CPP, currently serves as the Director of Global Payroll at Pure Storage since July 2020, leading a team focused on payroll compliance and transformation globally. With extensive experience in payroll management across various organizations such as IBM, TrueBlue Inc., and DuPont, Qaiser has successfully overseen large payroll operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and implementing system improvements. Possessing strong expertise in payroll technologies, Qaiser has managed significant payroll functions for thousands of employees, and consistently driven initiatives for process automation and efficiency. Qaiser holds an MBA in Management from the University of Maryland and a BA in Business Administration-Accounting from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
