Tom Duff is an accomplished business and technology executive with extensive experience in driving technology innovation and digital transformation. From 2019 to 2022, they served as SVP of IT Strategy and Infrastructure Engineering at Citizens Bank, where they led initiatives in agile transformation and cloud migration. Prior to that, they were the Business Segment CIO for Small Commercial at The Hartford from 2012 to 2016, overseeing strategic planning and IT operations. Currently, Tom is a Principal Transformation Consultant at Pure Storage, continuing to shape the future of technology in business. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems from Rhode Island College.
