Bob Hamilton

Bob Hamilton has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing roles within the polymer industry. Bob is currently the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at PureCycle Technologies, where they have been since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at CHEMRES for 9 years, starting in 2012. At CHEMRES, they held the position of Vice President of Sales and Strategic Account Manager, where they focused on providing polymer solutions for the Medical Device, Packaging, and Wire & Cable markets. Before CHEMRES, Bob worked at INEOS Styrolution for 10 years, starting in 2002. Bob served as a National Account Manager, overseeing polystyrene and styrenic copolymer sales across the Northeastern US and Canada. Additionally, they managed the transition during INEOS' acquisition of BASF's US and Canadian PS business. Further back in their career, Bob worked at New Era Materials as a Sales & Market Development Manager, where they led sales efforts and business development for specialty fluoropolymer and polypropylene compounds. Bob also worked at DSM Engineering Plastics and Celanese as a Senior Account Manager and Account Manager, respectively. Bob has demonstrated a strong track record of success in sales and business development, with expertise in the polymer and chemical industries.

Bob Hamilton attended the University of Rhode Island, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. After that, they enrolled at Bryant University to study Business Management. The specific years of their education at both institutions are unknown.
