Donald Carpenter

Donald Carpenter has a diverse work experience spanning various finance and managerial roles. Donald currently holds the position of VP of Finance at PureCycle Technologies since April 2022. Prior to that, Donald worked at LyondellBasell, where they served as Director of Finance Strategy from February 2020 to April 2022. Donald also held the positions of Director of Global Treasury Operations from July 2016 to February 2020, and Treasury Manager from June 2012 to July 2016, where they oversaw treasury operations, cash management, and short-term liquidity facilities. Before joining LyondellBasell, Donald worked at Transocean, where they served as Supervisor of Technical Issues from February 2011 to June 2012, Supervisor of Joint Ventures from March 2009 to February 2011, and Financial Analyst from January 2007 to March 2010. At Transocean, they provided financial advice, conducted research, and managed various financial functions. Earlier in their career, Donald worked as a Senior Accountant at Briggs & Veselka Co. from September 2004 to November 2006, and as an Operations Manager at Leam Drilling Systems from August 2003 to September 2004.

Donald Carpenter earned a BBA in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Sam Houston State University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Donald later pursued an MBA in Banking & Finance at the same university from 2006 to 2008.
