Fernando Musa

Fernando Musa is an Operating Partner at Advent International, where they have worked since 2020. They also serve on the board of PureCycle Technologies and Cirklo | Economia Circular, holding leadership roles including Lead Independent Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee. Previously, Fernando held key positions such as CEO at Braskem and Partner at Monitor Group, among others, and has advised numerous companies throughout their career. They earned an MBA from INSEAD in 1992 and a degree in mechanical engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica between 1984 and 1988.
