At PureFilters our mission is simple: Make superior indoor air quality simple and affordable for all homeowners.

Based on feedback from our customers and our many years of experience, we have developed 6 core principles that we live by at PureFilters. Everyone from the CEO to the customer service reps has the following principles memorized and we treat it like our mantra.

Affordability

We source directly from high quality Canadian manufacturers and sell to you directly. By cutting out middlemen, such as big box retail stores or HVAC contractors, we are able to offer you high quality products at much better prices.

Quality

We stand behind all of our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We have partnered with a very reputable manufacturers that have been in business for over 50 years. Our current portfolio of indoor air quality products include furnace filters, maintenance kits, humidifier pads and we are constantly adding more.

Speed

We understand speed is absolutely crucial to homeowners. This is why we have setup 3 distribution centres across North America. As a result, you can expect your order to be at your doorstep within 3-5 business days.

Convenience

We want to make the process of maintaining your indoor air quality as hassle free as possible. Our current system will send you email reminders when it is time to change your filter. There is even a link for 1-click re-purchase. On top of that we even have subscriptions as well, auto-billed and auto-shipped.

Availability

We strive to carry as many sizes and models of filters as possible. Since we are a digital-only store, we don’t have limited shelf space like traditional big box retailers.

Service

We consider ourselves a customer service company that happens to sell air quality. What this means is that we go above and beyond to make sure you are as happy as possible. Don’t just take our word for it, Google “PureFilters reviews” and see what our customers say about us.
