Bharti S. started their career at Nagarro in 2013 as a Quality Associate, gradually progressing to roles such as Senior Quality Associate, Staff Associate, and finally Staff Engineer. In 2021, they moved to PureSoftware Ltd as a Technical Lead Engineer.

Bharti S. completed their early education at Our Lady of Fatima Convent High School in 2007. Bharti then went on to graduate from Budha Dal Public School in India in 2009. Later, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree from Punjab Technical University in 2013.
