Lisa Divis is the current Product Owner at PureSpectrum. Prior to this, they held the position of Field Project Customer Success at LogicMonitor from November 2016 to May 2017. In this role, Lisa led the first data-driven customer success study at LogicMonitor. The team used customers’ Net Promoter Score (NPS) to define customer success. Once a success definition was in place, they validated a 10+ hypothesis as to why customers churn or increase their engagement with the product. This was done by analyzing customer usage data, putting together surveys, evaluating customer trainings, and examining the onboarding processes. They also interviewed churned customers and “most successful” customers, as well as product managers and sales engineers within the company. This led to putting an early-warning system in place, which identifies “at risk” clients requiring special attention. It also enables the customer success team to zero in on “not so successful” customers and improve their engagement with the product.
Before LogicMonitor, Lisa was the Co Project Manager at Wacker Neuson GmbH from September 2015 to August 2016. And before that, they were the Assistant Facility-management at Verkehrsbüro Group from October 2013 to September 2014.
Lisa Divis has a Master of Technology in Technology Management from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Applied Science in High Tech Manufacturing from FH Campus Wien | University of Applied Sciences. Lisa also has a Mature and Diploma Certificate in Industrial Engineering from Higher Technical College Moedling. Lisa is certified in SAP ERP 6.0 Basic Certificate, Personal Fitness Training, and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance, and Project Manager Associate from - .
