PURINSTINCT
PurInstinct is a non-contact, fast, and instinct driven sport. You play anywhere. The game is simple. You move with purpose, read and react fast, and make sharp decisions. Two teams face each other. You win by outthinking and outmoving your opponents, not through strength.

FOUNDER STORY
I am a former All-Canadian and pro basketball player. I grew up in a multisport community where play mattered as much as competition. After my career, I wanted a better way to train young athletes. I focused on fast decisions, because I saw that most systems ignored this skill.
I built the first version of PurInstinct with teenagers. I improved it with thirty of the best athletes in Quebec City from different sports. Then more than ten thousand athletes, teachers, and coaches helped shape new versions with me. Their feedback guided the sport through four core principles built around instinct, mobility, and equal engagement.

PURINSTINCT GAMES
I created the PurInstinct Games to introduce the sport to the country. The format fits the current experience culture. Every moment is short, sharp, and intense. Everything is linked to the sport’s five skills. Speed. Hand skills. Foot skills. Agility. Sports IQ.

THE POWER OF RANGE
PurInstinct stands as a full sport. It also works as a training tool. It builds range, the mix of movement and decision skills that strengthens any athlete’s main sport.

SPORTS AS A CULTURE
Our goal is to use sport as a way to connect people through a real world activation and step away from the individualization and digitalization of connections. Our concept: “Sport without Leagues”.
