Steve Kay

Steve Kay has over 25 years of work experience in a variety of industries. From 1995 to 1997, they were the Vice President of Pinch Hit Records, where they were responsible for spearheading marketing and promotional initiatives for independent music acts. From 1997 to 2004, they were the Executive Vice President of Operations at The Firm, where they were accountable for core aspects of daily operations with special emphasis on strategic planning and HR functions. From 2004 to 2005, they were the Business Analyst at KB Home Mortgage Company, where they were in charge of new hires and new facilities management. From 2005 to 2014, they were the Vice President, Business Support Manager at Bank of America Corporation/Countrywide Financial Corporation, where they oversaw the administration of marketing alliances for two divisions and supported the Builder division. From 2014 to 2019, they were the Director of Corporate Services, Strategic Alliances and New Branch Integration at Summit Funding, Inc., where they were a strategic partner supporting Corporate and the Sales organization. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Vice President Of Strategic Alliances at loanDepot, where they managed the overall program of strategic, operational & change management initiatives. From 2020 to 2021, they were the Assistant Vice President/Project Manager, Strategic Operations at Stearns Lending, and from 2021 to 2022, they were the Director Of Operations at Purlin Co.

Steve Kay received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The George Washington University in 1987. Steve then continued their education at Berklee College of Music, where they are currently studying Performance Study.
