Phil Britton

Phil Britton is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in plant maintenance and development engineering, currently serving as Plant Maintenance Manager at Purmo UK since August 2019, while also holding the position of Development Engineer at Rettig UK since July 2008. With a strong focus on high-speed manufacturing improvements, team management, and budget control, Phil Britton has effectively overseen a multi-discipline engineering team, enhancing machine uptime and quality through training and process management.
