Purple Advantage helps organisations unlock the power of disability talent to drive innovation, inclusion, and impact.
We offer coaching, consultancy, and practical tools to support disabled professionals and help workplaces become more inclusive. With a unique blend of lived experience and strategic expertise, we work in partnership with clients to create lasting, measurable change.
Our services are tailored, impact-focused, and grounded in the social model of disability. From leadership coaching and inclusion strategy to accessible workplace design, we help you build environments where everyone can thrive.

We also run Coaching With a Cause—a programme where every full-price coaching session funds a £1 coaching session for a disabled person who may otherwise be excluded from support.

Founded by Dr Chris and Dr Fran Whitaker, Purple Advantage brings together over 30 years of lived and professional experience in disability, sport, law, and leadership. Our work is driven by values of security, adaptability, understanding, partnership, and lasting impact.
