Simon Younger is a hands-on product leader with over 10 years of experience in Product, Operations, and Strategy, focusing on high-growth, VC-backed ventures in B2B SaaS and B2C fintech. Currently, as Head of Product & RevOps at Purple Dot, Simon leads efforts to enhance pre-order experiences while scaling the business. Previously, at Better.co.uk, Simon held roles from Senior Product Manager to Director of Product, successfully managing teams and overseeing significant product launches. Simon began their career with impactful roles in strategy and business operations at Qubit, Nestle, and Procter & Gamble. They earned a 1st Class Honours degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath.
