Brian E.

Brian Egan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brian started their career as a Software Engineer at Nebula Technologies in 2000 where they worked until 2001. Brian then joined CAS Software AG in 2002 as a Software Engineer - Marie Curie Research Fellow and worked there until 2003. In the same year, Brian joined Cibenix as a COO and stayed with the company until 2011.

In 2012, Brian founded Purpledecks where they served as the CEO and Founder. Brian then co-founded Hype4.ie in 2014 and held the role of Co-Founder until December 2020.

Most recently, Brian has held leadership positions. Brian joined Mapall in 2019 as their CTO and is currently serving in that role. In 2023, Brian joined Reactable AI as a Director.

Brian Egan attended St Mels College from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained their Leaving Certificate. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Applications from Dublin City University, which they completed between 1997 and 2001.
