Joshua Walmsley is a seasoned engineering professional with a solid background in design and development within the automotive sector. Currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at PurpleSector since November 2022, Joshua has held various significant roles including Contract Senior Vehicle Design Engineer at RML Group and Mathwall Engineering Limited, and has extensive experience as a Contract Senior Design Engineer at PUNCH Flybrid and Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains. With a Bachelor's degree in Motorsport Engineering from The University of Huddersfield, Joshua has continually contributed to mechanical design through positions at Flybrid and MAHLE ENGINE SYSTEMS UK LIMITED, as well as serving as an Application Engineer at DriveWorks.
