Lauren Sato currently serves as a Venture Partner at Purpose Built, focusing on upskilling and the future of work, and is a Consultant for Partnerships, Revenue & Technology at Seattle FWC26. Sato has an extensive background in leadership roles, including as the CEO of Ada Developers Academy, where $11 million in growth capital was raised and a strategic plan for significant revenue growth was implemented. Additional experience includes positions as VP of Revenue and VP of Growth at The Riveter, where revenue was substantially increased, as well as roles at RealSelf and Invest Canopy, contributing to operational and strategic growth. Sato co-founded Zimbags to promote economic opportunities for women in Zimbabwe and has been involved in various innovative health solutions for athletes. Sato holds a BA in Adolescent and Young Adult Social Studies Education from Cedarville University.
