David Hicks has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. David started their career as a System Administrator at Honeywell in 1996 before moving on to join IBM in 1999 as a Team Lead for Advanced Technical Services, where they worked for 13 years. In 2012, they joined Advance America as a System Integration Manager and later took on roles such as Senior Manager and Director of Technical Operations. During their time at Advance America, they managed multiple teams and oversaw various technical operations, including system administration, storage, data center, and desktop support projects. David also led the integration of three acquired companies' resources and implemented backup and recovery infrastructure for over 500 servers. In 2016, they joined Purpose Financial as the Director of Technical Operations and later progressed to become the Senior Director and currently holds the position of Vice President.
David Hicks obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Information Systems from Clemson University in 1996.
