John Qualls

John Qualls is the CEO and founder of Purpose HQ. John has also served on the board of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and the Venture Club of Indiana, Inc. From February 2015 to January 2019, they were the president of Eleven Fifty Academy, where they were responsible for leading the transformation of the organization. Prior to that, they were an advisory board member for the VMware Service Provider Program from January 2010 to January 2015.

John Qualls has a varied educational career. John has a degree from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis, and is also a Professor of DO from the University of Hard Knocks. Additionally, they are certified from Talent Optimization by The Predictive Index and is a PI Certified Talent Optimization Consultant.
