Alice Lan is a passionate problem solver with nearly a decade of experience in North American healthcare, encompassing early-stage startups, high-growth scale-ups, and management consulting. They have a proven track record in launching new revenue streams, improving operational efficiency, and driving profitability. Currently, Alice serves as the General Manager at Frida and leads cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new services across the Freddie and Frida brands at PurposeMed. They have previously held roles such as Chief of Staff at Opencare.com and Management Consultant at KPMG Canada, and have also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Toronto. Alice's educational pursuits include a Master’s Degree from the University of Toronto and studies at the University of California, Berkeley.
