Luke Johnson is the VP of Business Affairs and General Counsel at Highpoint Developments in Calgary, Alberta, where they provide legal and commercial advisement as well as at PurposeMed and affiliated entities. Luke holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alberta. Prior to their current roles, Luke practiced corporate and commercial law as an Associate Lawyer at Bennett Jones, specializing in infrastructure development, capital projects, and M&A. Luke also gained valuable experience in construction and procurement while serving as a seconded legal adviser on the Trans Mountain Expansion Project. They are a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association.
