FM is all we do. That's our advantage.
Purpose Recruitment is Ireland's specialist facilities management recruitment partner connecting clients and candidates across hard services, soft services, TFM and FM leadership.
Founded by Derek Byrne in 2023, we built Purpose on a simple belief: recruitment should do more than fill a seat. It should strengthen culture, support people and create careers with real intent. Over four years in the Irish market, that belief led us to focus on the sector where our network and insight run deepest facilities management.

What we recruit:
• Hard Services, M&E engineers, HVAC, BMS, fire & life safety, multi-skilled operatives
• Soft Services, cleaning leadership, security, catering, front-of-house
• TFM & Leadership, account directors, FM managers, contract managers, operations leaders
• Projects & ESG, sustainability, energy, fit-out and capital works specialists

Why clients and candidates work with us:
• 250+ placements made
• 82% retention at 12 months
• 7-day average shortlist turnaround
• Every candidate competency-screened, reference-checked and Garda-vetted where required

We're a network, not a database. We meet candidates in person, walk sites with operators, and live in the FM community we serve. Straight talk on salary, market reality and fit, we'd rather walk away than make a wrong placement.
