Jeff Gans

Jeff Gans currently serves as the Chief Customer Officer at Purpose Unlimited, a role taken on in January 2025. Previously, Jeff held the position of President and CEO at Advisor Solutions by Purpose from February 2018 to June 2025. Jeff has extensive experience in wealth management and financial services, having worked at TD Wealth Management in various vice president roles, where responsibilities included overseeing distribution and product strategy. Prior to TD, Jeff was a Senior Vice President at Ameriprise Financial, leading growth and operations, as well as managing business development and strategy. Early career experiences include roles at Accenture and Easton Consultants, focusing on client projects and merger strategies. Jeff earned an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA in International Relations from Swarthmore College.
