Harpreet Bagga

Harpreet Bagga, as Partner & Managing Director, Purpose India leads the India office with a focus on building our India presence, guiding India growth strategy, deepening partner relationships, overseeing projects and managing the India team.

She brings over 14 years of experience spanning business strategy, corporate finance, non profit management and philanthropy investments. She has previously worked at Dasra (Indian philanthropy foundation); KPMG and PwC. She has worked across social impact sectors including gender, adolescents, sanitation, education, health and climate.

She has a masters from SOAS and Oxford University, in addition to being a CFA holder.

In her spare time, Harpreet loves to spend time with her two kids.
