Lea Bertrand

Lea Bertrand has extensive experience in project and program management. Currently, they serve as Global Head of Project Management at Purpose, where they lead a team of over 30 project managers across different geographies. Lea is responsible for setting goals, developing learning and development programs, and implementing new processes. Additionally, Lea directly manages six project managers and oversees five local leads of project management.

Prior to joining Purpose, Lea worked as an Associate Director of Project Management at Girl Effect, where they supervised the development of editorial, multimedia, and branded content for international brands. Lea played a crucial role in developing strategies, setting communication and impact goals, and managing projects from strategy to delivery.

Lea has also worked as a Production Director at Lucky Generals, where they developed the production process and integrated offering for both Lucky Generals and Dark Horses. Lea has experience in managing design studio bookings and projects allocation within the production team.

Before that, they held roles as a Senior Creative Producer at Ogilvy and VCCP, where they managed the creative development process for various campaigns and led the production of print, photography, and design collaterals.

Lea Bertrand obtained a Master's degree in Management, specialized in Marketing, from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL from 2002 to 2004. Lea then pursued a Master's degree in Communication and Advertising from OMNES Education from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed a DEUG degree in Gestion et Economie Appliquée from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL from 2000 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Brand Strategy for Designers from LinkedIn in April 2020.
