Mike Hammer

Mike Hammer is an experienced strategist and consultant with a strong background in developing and managing programs focused on social change, youth engagement, and community organizing. Currently serving as a strategist at Purpose since August 2012, Mike has a history of impactful roles, including Campaign Communications Manager at Interfaith Youth Core, where the Better Together Campaign was launched to promote interfaith cooperation. Previous positions include Campus Programs Director at TOMS, where Mike established initiatives such as One Day Without Shoes and a successful internship program. As a speaker, Mike has addressed topics related to millennials and social change at various prestigious events, including engagements at the White House and Chicago Ideas Week. Mike's educational background includes a degree in English Literature and related studies from UCLA.
