Lisa Schmidt

Lisa Schmidt has a diverse work history in human resources and communications. Lisa currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources & Communications at Lesaffre. Prior to this, they worked at Weiman Products, LLC for several years, where they served as the Director of Human Resources & Communications and later as the Vice President of Human Resources. During their time at Weiman Products, Lisa successfully executed two acquisitions and led all HR functions for the company. Before their tenure at Weiman Products, Lisa worked at Westlake Financial Group, Inc. as a COBRA Administrator, where they handled COBRA clients and developed a tracking system for the company.

Lisa Schmidt obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 1999-2003. Lisa later pursued a Masters of Science-Management degree from Cardinal Stritch University from 2006-2008. Lisa also holds a certification in SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
