With extensive experience as a senior IT executive, Jay has previously served as Director of IT at Solomon and Solomon PC and held various roles at Unimin Corporation, where they managed large teams and significant IT budgets. Jay founded a leadership organization for technology executives, enhancing change management practices within the industry. Currently pursuing an MBA at Temple University, Jay holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Delaware.
