Timothy also managed the overview for the local admissions process, ensuring operations effectiveness, contracting, and tuition payment leveraging Salesforce and Excel Analytics to aggregate and analyze financial and enrollment success. In addition, Timothy established effective standardization of student programing through efficient tracking systems coupled with educational pedagogical insights for data tracking and student/team management. Timothy was also the hiring manager for instructional hire (both locally and nationally), as well as content and program developer for educational leadership, professional development, and cultivation.
