Lawrence Williams is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in technology and customer feedback analysis. As the founder of StoreScore since 2024, they conduct extensive research to transform how customer experiences are captured across major UK retailers and banks. Lawrence also serves as the director of Net Parity Ltd and has held various senior roles, including Senior Manager at Accenture and CIO at Push Media Ventures Ltd. They hold a PhD in Computing Architecture from The University of Edinburgh, where they also completed an MSc. Their early career included programming at CERN and roles in systems engineering and management at Sun Microsystems and BNFL.
