Previously, Amber worked as an Operations Manager for self-employed contracts and at Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans, where management of grants and operational frameworks led to enhanced service delivery and funding increases. Experience also includes a robust administrative background at Novo Nordisk, coordinating projects and supporting legal operations, alongside earlier roles in educational and military settings. Amber holds a B.S. in Exercise Science and Sports Studies from Rutgers University and engaged in graduate-level studies in Social Work at the same institution.
