Christian Jimenez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2011, they worked as a Lead Busser & Lead Host at Anthony's Fish Grotto of La Mesa and later transitioned to the role of Lead House Person at San Diego Country Club in 2012. In 2013, they took on the role of a Youth Soccer Coach at Young Champions of America and also worked as a Technical and Customer Service Representative at TV Ears, Inc.

In 2015, Christian joined All Peoples Church, initially serving as the Youth and Young Adult Pastor before becoming the Facilities and Operations Manager. During their time there, they managed church operations and facilities.

In 2019, Christian moved on to the role of Marketing and Customer Relations Manager at SERVPRO of San Diego East/Mid-City San Diego. Christian led the marketing team, developed marketing plans, and improved customer satisfaction. Christian also rebuilt relationships with local vendors and insurance services. Christian later became the Key Account Manager and Customer Success Support Manager at Raken, where they focused on managing key accounts and providing customer success support.

In 2022, Christian worked as a Customer Success Manager at both Social Native and Ionic, where they collaborated with brand and agency clients to create marketing content and advised on content strategy and execution. Christian currently holds the position of Technical Manager of CS Operations at Pushpay since September 2022.

Throughout their career, Christian has gained experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and team management. Christian has shown a strong ability to build relationships and improve customer satisfaction.

Christian Jimenez has obtained an Associate's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Grossmont College. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in Urban Ministry & Leadership from the School of Transformation. Christian Jimenez also holds a certification in Water Damage Restoration from IICRC, which they obtained in April 2019.
