Judy Cole

Judy Cole has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Judy started their career in sales at Nordstrom, where they worked as a Sales Associate from June 1987 to February 1988. Judy then became the Fashion Accessories Department Manager from February 1988 to June 1989. Judy continued to work at Nordstrom and took on the role of Operator Manager from 1990 to September 1992. Following this, Judy joined Nordstrom Credit as a Credit Support from October 1992 to September 1993.

In September 1993, Judy transitioned to Nordstrom Direct as the Call Center Operations Manager for Direct Sales. During their time there, they played a key role in establishing the Nordstrom Direct Sales Call Center and successfully managed a team of 400 employees. Judy collaborated with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Judy's next venture was in Magneev Gift Boutique, which they co-founded in August 2003. As a Co-Owner/Founder, they were involved in every aspect of the business, including negotiating leases, designing store layouts, procuring merchandise, managing inventory, and cultivating vendor relationships. Judy contributed to the gallery's success until August 2007.

Judy then returned to Nordstrom in December 2013 and worked in several HR-related roles. Judy started as a Corporate HR Service Representative from December 2013 to October 2014. Later, they took on the role of Quality Assurance/Training from November 2014 to March 2015. Lastly, they served as an HR Generalist from April 2015 to April 2018.

Currently, Judy is working at Pushpay as the Human Resources Business Partner since November 2018. In this role, they provide strategic support to the Sales, Customer Success, and Processing business groups. Judy has achieved significant milestones, such as redesigning the Sales SDR recruiting and hiring process and restructuring the Customer Success team for future growth.

Judy Cole has pursued their education in the field of journalism with an emphasis on advertising. Judy attended both San Diego State University and the University of California Santa Barbara, though specific years and degree details are not provided.
