Prem Samuel is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and IT management across various industries. Currently serving as an Engineering Leader at Pushpay, Prem oversees two teams focused on developing scalable donor engagement SaaS platforms and champions AI integration to enhance efficiency and quality in software development. Previously, as Director of Payment Technologies at Kaiser Permanente, Prem directed a significant payment transformation program that affected over $9 billion in revenue while facilitating an agile transformation that significantly improved delivery speed and reduced defects. Additional roles include Director of IT at Cherry Hills Community Church, where Prem managed IT operations for a large membership base and improved system uptime, and CEO/CTO of RE-Trax, where Prem built a startup from the ground up.
