Gavin Danfelt has been working in the fitness and customer service industries since 2012. Gavin began their career as a Server at Angry Trout Cafe in 2012 and then moved to Rachel's in 2013. In 2015, they joined When I Work, where they held positions as a Senior SMB Account Executive, Account Development Representative, and Sales Development Representative. In 2017, they joined Tres Sports as a Personal Trainer and Intern. In 2019, they became the Director of Operations at North Strong Minneapolis. In 2020, they worked as an Independent Photographer. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Success at PushPress - The Gym Operating System, where they are responsible for creating the overall vision and strategic plan for Customer Success, focusing on driving product adoption, leading a positive customer experience, and building relationships throughout the client lifecycle.

Gavin Danfelt has a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Minnesota, which they obtained between 2013 and 2015. Gavin previously attended St. Cloud State University between 2010 and 2012. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from AA-ISP (CISP) in 2017, SuccessHACKER (Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1) in 2022, CrossFit, Inc. (CF-L1), and American College of Sports Medicine (CPT).
