Kate Smith

Kate Smith possesses a diverse professional background, primarily in customer service, firefighting, and fitness training. Experience includes serving as a Basketball Account Manager at InStat Sport from October 2021 to May 2022, where performance analysis solutions were provided to basketball teams globally. Currently, Kate is a Customer Service Specialist at PushPress since November 2025 and has held various roles in customer success, including Head of Customer Success at Inteladata, LLC since May 2023. Prior to this, firefighting roles were conducted at Birmingham Fire and the City of South Bend, with recognition for outstanding performance and emergency response skills. Kate also has significant experience in fitness as an L1 and L2 CrossFit Trainer and was involved in sales roles at Wodlife and Biomet Biologics. Educational credentials include a degree in Biology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and previous studies at Coastal Carolina University.
