Ray Regno

Ray Regno has had a varied and extensive career in the fitness and technology industries. In 2006 they co-founded Clean-Dezert and was a Systems Architect for Santex-net. Ray then moved to rx2media in 2005, where they were a Media & Web Developer. In 2007 they co-founded CrossFit Stronghold and was a Media/Production at Horizon Christian Fellowship. In 2014 they joined CrossFit, LLC as Seminar Staff and in the same year they joined Movement Rx as Operations, where they assisted with day to day operations including communication with patients, scheduling, coaching, personal training, and workshop instruction. In 2012 they became the Chief Technology Officer of Skybox Creative. In 2016 they founded and became the CEO of Stronghold Mentoring. Most recently, in 2022 they joined PushPress - The Gym Operating System as an Engineer.

Ray Regno received their B.S. in Computer Science from UC San Diego between 2001 and 2003, and prior to that, they attended Mt. Carmel High School from 1994 to 1998.
