Amber Milner

Amber Milner is a seasoned manager in the hospitality industry, recognized as a Top 30 World Class Bartender in 2023. They currently serve as the Assistant Director of Operations at Puttshack, having previously held the position of Director of Beverage at The Diplomat Beach Resort from 2023 to 2025. With a diverse background that includes roles such as Assistant Director of Banquets at Fairmont Austin and extensive bartending experience, Amber has developed a strong skill set in beverage management and customer relations. They hold a Bachelor's of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida, focused on Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Early Childhood Education. Amber has also contributed to the community as President of the Fort Lauderdale Alumnae Panhellenic and as VP of Communications for Delta Gamma Alumni of Broward County.
