Jose Guardia

Jose Guardia has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Jose most recently served as the Director of Operations at Puttshack. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Food and Beverage at Trump National Doral, Miami, where they were responsible for business development, budgeting/forecasting, cost control, and operational management of a food and beverage budget of over $30 million.

Before their role at Trump National Doral, Miami, Jose worked as the Area Director of Operations at Backal Hospitality Group in New York City. In this position, they managed multiple locations and was responsible for a P&L of over $24 million in F&B revenue, including meeting/event spaces and restaurants.

Jose also held the position of Premium Director of Catering and Suites Operations at Madison Square Garden Sports Corp., where they oversaw all premium hospitality operations within the arena. Jose managed a team of 23 individuals and successfully implemented new menu ideas and products to increase revenue.

Prior to these roles, Jose worked as an Assistant General Manager at The Fireman Hospitality Group and BLT Restaurant Group. Jose also spent eight years as a General Manager at The Cheesecake Factory and six years as the Assistant General Manager of Outlets at MGM Resorts International.

Jose Guardia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Johnson & Wales University. Jose attended the university from 1995 to 1999.
