Prior to these roles, Jose worked as an Assistant General Manager at The Fireman Hospitality Group and BLT Restaurant Group. Jose also spent eight years as a General Manager at The Cheesecake Factory and six years as the Assistant General Manager of Outlets at MGM Resorts International.
