Alex Forer

Alex Forer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and customer success. Currently serving as a Senior Commercial CSM at Puzzel since October 2025, Alex previously worked as an Account Manager at Forecast from April 2022 to October 2025, focusing on renewals, upselling, and expansion. Prior to that, Alex was an Enterprise Account Manager at Workday, managing a $4 million ARR portfolio of Peakon's enterprise customers following Peakon's acquisition by Workday. Alex began at Peakon in September 2017 as a Sales Development Representative, progressing to Account Executive and then to Account Manager, contributing significantly to revenue growth. Alex holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and Politics from Cardiff University, completed in 2016, and graduated from Portsmouth High School in 2013.
